The ease of use, flexibility to customize for our needs as well as having all data available in one place is great! I have been able to find everything that we need with this system easily so far but it could always be easier if you needed something not yet implemented or an additional tool would make your life much better - like being able to export directly from Salesforce into Xero without using 3rd party software which can slow down things sometimes (especially when dealing large amounts). We are solving several problems at once by consolidating accounting info across multiple systems including Payroll/HRIS etc., allowing us more time spent doing what matters most- running business operations efficiently & effectively.
