The team at AMERICAN EXPORT LINES are very professional with their service delivery; they always deliver what we need when needed most! Their customer care support department works 24 hours per day which makes it easy for us all time zone differences that sometimes affect our business operations or communication issues. There were no particular things I dislike about this platform but there was nothing really great either so overall good experience working through them until now i am currently using another provider who has been more beneficial than anything else thus far. We have improved productivity by increasing efficiency of shipment tracking process from start up till end user consumption point-of -sale system integration into ERMS accounting systems across multiple geographies within one organization.
