Review on ๐Ÿšด Kenda K838 Blackwall 26-Inch x 1.95-Inch Slick Wire Bead Bike Tire by Tyler Blake

My second Kenda K838 is the best in tires and tubes

My first experience with the Kenda K838 was about 6 months ago when it replaced a Michelin City tire that suddenly went into flat mode 2 or 3 times . He had a lot of miles on it so I think the profile is thinner. In any case, when I came across many positive reviews for the Kenda K838, I considered other tire brands as possible Michelin replacements. A lot of good things are said about a tire that costs less than $15. (Michelin, on the other hand, was in the mid-20s price range). The reason I didn't enjoy riding Michelin anymore was the 87psi pressure that required a lot of pumping each week. I liked the fact that the Kenda tire only required 65psi of pressure. . When comparing the tire pressures of the two tires, I noticed that the Kenda holds tire pressure much better than the Michelin. This means that you have to pump less once a week. I rely heavily on user reviews to decide when to purchase a product or service. So I ordered Kenda from Revain. It actually arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date, which was nice. Installing the tire on my mountain bike's rear wheel was a fairly simple process, fitting neatly onto the rim with little effort, and not a single swear word was spoken during installation. The tire offers a fairly smooth ride and I like the 26 x 1.95 motorcycle tread design. All my life I have ridden the city streets. In the last few months, the Michelin on my front wheel has fallen apart, so without further ado I ordered another Kenda K838 to replace it. I haven't experienced a single flat tire for several months. I had kendas on my bike. I should mention, though, that I use Stop Flat 2 liners. I felt that pairing a sub-$15 tire with an inexpensive but good liner was a steal on a relatively flat free ride. Certainly the Kenda K838 is no lightweight, especially with the extra liner. Not a problem for me as the Michelins were tough too and I think of my mountain bike as my "gym on wheels" that gives a good workout, especially on the hills. I carry my mountain bike and its tires a lot as I ride about an hour and a half every day year round. The Kenda K838 feels well built and I love the look the tires give my bike. good tires at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended.
