Severe warping on first use

I wanted to love my new USA Pan Bakeware. After seeing so many rave reviews for these pans, I was looking forward to a quality, durable pan that won't warp. I bought a pie plate, a French baguette pan, a large baking sheet and this half sheet pan. I agree that all pans are durable and have a very nice non-stick surface that is easy to clean. The downside is that the half sheet pan was badly deformed when first used (see photo). It's a good thing I didn't try to make a jelly roll out of something that contained batter - that would have made a huge mess on the bottom of the oven because much of the batter would fall out due to warping. The same happened with the baking sheet. Considering the higher price of these bakeware, I expected better performance. I contacted the company about this issue and they told me that some warping was to be expected. The company also declined my request to call me to ask further questions about the matter. I followed the directions for use exactly as it says on the label. If I pay a premium price for a pan that specifically lists it as "warping resistant," I expect it to warp minimally during USE, and this is where it matters. I will switch to another brand that works better in the oven and is made by a company that lives up to their warranty.
