I had a gym membership that I never used, so I canceled it and bought this bike. Absolutely the right decision! I use it almost every day. I watch TV while I bike. I prefer the recumbent position to the straight position. A friend with back trouble recommended I find a recumbent bike--this is both.Edit: the screen broke after two weeks. I'm still using the bike, but the screen is useless.
