This review is for two TRENDnet products with the same issue: AC2200 TEW-826 and N300 TEW-755AP. Both have the same firmware bug. They randomly reset clients, even while streaming, and refuse clients to reconnect. If you restart the access point, clients can reconnect immediately (until next time). TRENDnet's unsuspecting technical support couldn't fix the problem and told me to return the products, which I did. I say "ignorant" because they completely ignored the diagnostic logs generated by the products and just ran me through a standard script without bothering to actually diagnose the problem. Otherwise, these products work well, but this problem makes them unreliable. I have an older TRENDnet product that doesn't have this problem. I ended up buying a Netgear product to replace these bells and whistles. I gave them 2 stars because if TRENDnet ever gets together and fixes the firmware bug they will be good products like the old TRENDnet product I've been using for years. In the meantime, look for something more reliable.
