Exactly what I needed
If you have a Shimano Alfine 8 speed road bike and are replacing an existing derailleur that is not working this is what you need. They seem difficult to find. Must be shipped from England. But everything you need is in the box. Front Derailleur, Attached Cable, Cable Cover, Tension Regulator, Cable Locknut and End Nipple. Instructions are available online, easy to install. But if you're even a little confused, have your LBS install it.
