Advantages:1. Fast, efficient and reliable scanning with many features/options.2. Enables "long” scanning3. Allows you to split jobs with special pages (to print them separately). However: 1. Not as "cloud ready" as you might think. The scanner must ALWAYS be connected to the computer/application in order to scan. Of course, if it's a requirement, what's the point of scanning to any cloud service when you can scan to PC and upload as needed.2. The interface is not very intuitive and quite difficult to navigate with options on multiple tabs/tools. Not very well organized and takes some getting used to.3. Spent several hours with tech support to get the "job separation pages" working properly. As a result, I had to install a different version of the software that was for a different scanner model on their website(!) (The options described in the instructions were not present in the original software interface.)4.
