Not recommended for bikes with multiple drain plugs

The connector head itself prevents the tube from rotating into the main drain plug as the head will be blocked by the frame. This happened to my 2017 Husky. If you don't fasten the zip tie, the hose will easily detach from the end of the bolt and you'll likely end up with an oily mess. In addition, modern Husky and KTM bikes (maybe others?) have 3 drain plugs that come loose at the same time. Even if you drain drain #1 completely before pulling out the other 2, oil from those drains will still leak onto your skid plate when you pull out the other 2. And then you remove the protective plate to clean up the inevitable mess. At least on modern KTM/Husky bikes my advice would be to not use such a device and just do it RIGHT by first removing the skid plate and following the instructions in your manual. On other bikes with a single drain bolt, it may be ok if the zip tie fits snugly around the end of the bolt without interfering with the frame or other parts of the bike.
