This product has poor adhesion! With what many have said, buy this product knowing that its purpose is to be able to remove it when it's time to leave your rental unit. It works as intended. You MUST use this on a flat surface. My bathroom isn't entirely level, but with a few drops of silicone around each tile I was able to get a satisfactory fit. You can use scissors and/or a sharp blade/cleaver to even out imperfect spots or areas that need smaller pieces of tile. If you want to use this without additional glue, I recommend only doing this in a room with a clean and perfectly smooth floor.
