When I ordered this box I knew it wasn't going to be the most durable. To be honest I didn't need anything super safe, it was used as a box in our warehouse. There will never be cash, only checks, so flimsy metal with a slightly cheap padlock works great. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the mounting holes. The holes are positioned to match each corner of the open hatch. Not bad, but if you move them around a bit you can turn screws with a drill. However, the corners interfere with the drill chuck and you can't get the screws all the way in. You must either have a very long extension/bit or use a long Phillips screwdriver to get the screws in all the holes. Path. Worse, if you don't use the cheap anchors and screws that come with the box, I used 2 1/2" construction screws to install them.
