I want to start off with a good start. The helmet fits well based on the size chart in the description. The dual visor comes in handy when transitioning from sunlight to shade. Just pull the handle a little and you can raise or lower it. The chin bar is easy to raise and lower. The bluetooth phone works great and you can talk as long as the temperature is below 60. The speakers work well up to 60, after which it becomes difficult to hear. The helmet has many vents to let air in. The visor is easy to raise and lower. The bad thing is that I used the helmet once after fully charging the battery and when I tried to charge it a second time, the charging port on the battery was loose inside and now I can't charge it. We are waiting for a reply from them to find out if there is a solution to this problem or not.
