To be honest I'm not sure about real leather. But it was important to me. This is a well made low profile product. Only branded fabric is used, which is quite durable, but I like it because it almost does not dust and can be used as a napkin or serviette. The business card holder is an interesting idea and I use it. There aren't many wipes in the package, but that's because it's a low profile holder. This is a great product, just accept the fact that you have to buy their stuff.
