Someone might be wondering why I bought this monitor. I bought it because I needed a very niche legacy resolution to work with to replace my old 19" 5:4 1280x1024 aspect ratio monitor that I use as a second monitor. Those are exactly the qualities I need to do my job with ease. The monitor is included. sooner than I expected, and apart from dust and a few dead but barely noticeable pixels, it works as expected. It's even brighter than my old 19" LCD monitor. This monitor also has almost the same colors as my 24" 1080p monitor. IPS display. Bonus for the adjustable VESA stand. I just want this resolution not to be outdated. Because of this, manufacturers no longer make 5:4 monitors, so used dealers can charge a premium for used ones. This monitor costs as much as a new 24-inch 1080p monitor and even more than Revain's cheapest monitors. Who should buy this monitor? if the monitor is damaged. If unedited it still works as usual - 3/5/21 Edit: 4/1/2213 months later and this monitor is still working! I'm impressed with the durability of the monitor though, ymmv. I bought mine for $115 and now it's nice to see they're on sale for $95 for those who want to buy one. However, I would like to correct my old post. This monitor uses a proprietary adjustable stand.
