I used this product for about 10 minutes after receiving it in the mail. It worked perfectly, so I ordered a second one that same evening. Already the next day I cooked for 20 minutes before realizing that the mask has not darkened and I see light spots! I sent a message to the company who suggested turning the dough. I've already removed the batter and put it back in to see the low battery indicator come on and then go away, no test functions work. So this battery has a lifespan of 3 years and needs to be charged with solar energy while welding. They didn't help and never reappeared. I canceled my second order and am still waiting for the batteries to arrive to see if the battery is not working or if it is a defect with this helmet. I will keep you up-to-date
