Review on 💡 Lumenivo FML Lamp 27W 6500K: Replacement Bulb for 4 Prong Reading Quad Tube Lamp or Small Floor 4 Bulb Light by Candace Carpenter

Although the description of the lamp matched ours, the bulbs were too short so when plugged in the light only came on for a second and then went out forever. I called Lumenivo because the invoice says the customer should contact the company with any questions or concerns. I called to ask if this shop had any bulbs that would match my lamp and the woman who answered was very blunt and very curt so I don't feel like calling them again would. I filled out the Revain forms to return items for a refund and my request was approved by the seller fairly quickly. Since I don't have a UPS store conveniently located, I send the lamps back via USPS and pay for the postage. I finally found the address provided by Revain - thanks. In the meantime I'll see if I can find another shop that sells the size onions I need rather than trying to speak to someone who is likely to give me an attitude.
