I was very pleased with this phone holder. I read some negative reviews but decided to take a chance. When installing, I screwed the device carefully. Deep and now the screw has clicked! I am familiar with the tools and feel very comfortable. When I realized the screw was broken I was amazed at how cheap this product ended up being. It's funny because the rest of the base is aluminum and feels solid. Then they add one of the cheapest metal screws I've ever seen. I'm sure if it was plastic it would hold up better. Buy another phone holder!
