I was asked to try this product for free BUT I rely heavily on reviews so I'll try to be as honest as possible. I've been in filmmaking for two decades now and have some very strong but bulky tripods (Manfrotto). But as cameras keep getting better, I've found that I can shoot a lot with my iPhone 12 that looks just as good as my more expensive cameras. This tripod is a great option for indoor shooting (outdoors when there is no wind). . It is very light and compact enough when folded to fit in a backpack - an essential travel accessory. However, when it extends almost 6 feet (see video). It comes with a remote that worked on my iPhone 12 and an attachment for your old phone (not a case). If you have a lot of extras to attach (e.g. windshield mics) you may need to find ways to balance the weight on top. Haven't tried it, but while a tripod is strong enough for iPhone shooting, it may not be able to support heavy loads. All in all, for the price, it couldn't be better.
