I bought these mirrors to replace the smaller factory mirrors that came with my 2003 GMC Sierra. The glass was yellowing and fogging up and I figured it would be better to have a larger retractable towing mirror. Installation is fairly easy, especially as I've removed interior door panels to replace power windows in the past. They are a bit heavy though, so someone had to hold the mirror out while I tightened the mounting screws. what is behind you An excellent combination of form and function. They are equipped with heating, drive and built-in LED indicators. The only thing missing from the original mirror was a backlight that illuminated the floor below the mirror when the doors were unlocked.
