I bought these mirrors to replace the smaller factory mirrors that came with my 2003 GMC Sierra. The glass was yellowing and fogging up and I figured it would be better to have a larger retractable towing mirror. Installation is fairly easy, especially as I've removed interior door panels to replace power windows in the past. They are a bit heavy though, so someone had to hold the mirror out while I tightened the mounting screws. what is behind you An excellent combination of form and function.

I bought these to replace the "Halloween victims" of the original OEM mirrors. They fit perfectly on the doors of my 2007 Chevy Classic 1500. The instructions are useless so don't plan on using them for anything other than junk.
