Air vents and side handle?
What are the vents on both sides of the bag for? The whole purpose is to keep the food warm. How do you do it when hot air (or cold) comes out through those holes on each side? Also pictured is a handle on top of the heating pad, as if to hold multiple orders. It has a handle on the side and is basically just a pizza bag.
