We have Cox Cable Internet and bought this system to replace our ASUS Wi-Fi router and signal extender as it wasn't ideal in our 2500 square foot space. Feet with block walls. Unpacking and installation was completed in about two hours (we spent extra time replacing the existing coax cable with a new one and rerouting it to a cheaper location so we could connect the two laptops we use for remote work) . Installation completed on 01/17/2021.1.Existing Cox modem, wireless router and extender disconnected.2.Downloaded Orbi app from App Store and opened.Instructions were quite clear.Instructions, we connected the devices to the Cox modem and The app did the job pretty well. 5.You have the option to save the default NetGear user/password, enter a new one, or use an existing user/password.6.Use CAT7.7 ribbon cables to connect our other devices (Ooma, Laptops, Rokus) to interference . at best, I've seen a dip of four to three bars within about 1-2 seconds between numbers.10. The application is great. Lots of options like device manager, security, speed tests, parental controls, network card, wifi settings, guest wifi and traffic counter.11. Speed tests consistently show us just under 200Mbps.12. Includes a free year of NetGear Armor.
