This system fixed all my WiFi problems. Far beyond expectations. Tech support is from India or Philippines, sometimes a little hard to understand but very patient and always willing to help. It works seamlessly with DSL and with your Internet Service Provider's modem/router. Throw away all your crappy extension cords. You won't need them anymore. (my first product review)

We bought this router to replace an older Apple system. The installation went without incident until the firmware update. It was not updated through the app. No problem, I use the web interface. We have Cox Cable Internet and bought this system to replace our ASUS Wi-Fi router and signal extender as it wasn't ideal in our 2500 square foot space. Feet with block walls. I was unable to install the Orbi system. I spent 5 hours calling from Netgear and Xfinity. Xfinity was able to put my modem into bridge mode so it could connect to the Orbi.
