Such a simple design but it works great. You simply insert the valve stem partially into the hole in the wheel, thread the tool onto the valve (just like the valve cover) and use the lever provided by the tool to push the stem into place. The tool is well made and will probably last forever for the home user. Removing and installing four new tires wasn't fun, but this part was easy!
