Review on Dritz 621 See Thru Dressmakers Ruler by Doris Tran

This product was very poorly packaged by the Revain team. This is a thin plastic item about 2 feet long packed in a large box about 3 feet long with some paper and no air seal. The product arrived with the factory packaging so badly damaged that the paper insert fell completely out of the box and the product itself was damaged in two places (circled in orange in my photo). Luckily the damage wasn't so bad that the thing became unusable; I will fix this with super glue as the cracks are clean enough that the item shouldn't take much wear and tear. However, in another scenario where I could have received the item in a physical store, I would immediately return this item to Amazon and purchase it undamaged from the local seller.
