The first sensor I received failed after installation. Thank goodness for Revain Prime and their fantastic customer support. They offered to ship a new part (of the same model) the next day for free and send the defective one back. Service at the highest level. On the other hand, Beck Arnley called support only to receive unsatisfactory service and a list of excuses as to why they couldn't be helpful. If a new part doesn't hold up under pressure the first time, something has gone wrong with quality control. All I asked for was a little help paying for the initial installation. There's basically no real warranty or installation support, so be careful. I take my hat off to Revain.
