These shoes are great but be careful with the sizing. I usually wear Adidas or Nike. Based on some reviews I decided that my order should fit my Nike size. ***Edit: After wearing these shoes for 3 weeks I made sure I was the right size. DC shoes run a bit smaller than Nike, which in my experience always runs smaller. I would take 1/2 size from Adidas or the same size as Nike (I have 11 in Adidas and 11.5 in Nike). The DC shoes I ordered are a size 11.5 and are snug (but wearable). ***Edit - Worn once, they are comfortable with any type of socks. I'm glad I kept them. The slip-ons are great and the sole has great grip. I just wanted comfortable slip-ons. I don't skate but if I did it would be a plus for sure.
