Not satisfied with office electronics

The product was delivered as requested. I bought them on October 28, 2019. I used them for home printing. I can go weeks or months without using my printer when I print something, mostly 1, maybe 2 sheets. The first cartridge failed without warning towards the end of January 2020. They will be resent. I was expecting limited use. Barely 3 months is not acceptable.
