We bought two of these for our mum in the 90s, since she bought the first a few years ago she has raved about it every phone call. I have a complaint. 24 hours of the day are divided into 5 periods; the names of four of the five are simply beautiful: MORNING, DAY, EVENING and NIGHT. But the label for the early hours is BEFORE DAWN. This is a serious problem because for most of her life my mother got up before dawn every day. She thinks BEFORE DAWN means it's time to get up. And she does - but it's 1am! It would be great if the labels were customizable but if not it would be better to use a different label for this watch. How about naming the segment titled "Night" as "Late Evening" and the segment "Before Dawn" as "Night"? Or do you mark the early hours as "bedtime" or "midnight"? Mom has dementia, which takes away her understanding of time. This clock is very helpful and would be perfect if it weren't for the "before dawn" signal for mom to get up, get dressed and go to breakfast!
