I bought this reason after remembering that they would not honor the warranty. had to make modifications, didn't fit the factory hole because it was too wide so had to shave a bit and then load it smaller than the original for the size of the device, I got it working for a while at least I can close it, my old one worked exactly the way the pin was broken. I plugged in the new one, it doesn't work at all. I just go to the dump. I refuse to pay 300 from the dealer. I feel like I wasted my money
