OK, the grit is probably about 200 units different compared to 3M brand sandpaper

Get what you get for what you get pay. Thought I'd buy these as I needed a different grit for a motorcycle restoration project and didn't want to buy many packs of 3M sandpaper. They work well, they don't work well, and if you're targeting the 3M brand, I'd say they differ by about 200 for each grit level (for example, LANHU's 800 version feels like 600 grit 3M, the 1000 LANHU looks like 800 3M etc.). So they did their job, but I had to adapt. Probably wouldn't buy again but good for this project.
