I bought it because one of the Q&A said I could use it on the scooter. (Another interviewee probably didn't say so I decided to see for myself.) I returned it because it was too big and heavy for what I needed, but I thought it would be perfect for a boat trailer, RV or other towed trailer. a vehicle that is not in constant use to provide additional security while parked.
