Stegodon 3500lb winch test. This little winch is great. It is very durable and easy to operate with both the switch and the wireless remote control. The flexible rope is easy to pull out and working with it is simple and the same as working with a rope. Installation was a little tricky, but I was able to install it on a zero turn mower with little to no trouble, and it only took about 1.5 hours with a set of sockets and a wrench. The only problem I had was installing the front cable guide which has recessed front holes and I couldn't put a socket or wrench in there to tighten it very tight. Wiring was easy to connect, everything was color coded abs. It works great and is super strong. It pulls my 850 lb mower with no problem. Overall I am very happy with this winch.
