Doesn’t get very hot
If you are buying this for treatment of blepharitis, then save your money and shop elsewhere. This product simply does not produce enough heat to help at all. I have purchased other heated eye masks that get significantly warmer. The eye holes are really the only positive feature here. The "massage” function is annoyingly loud. Imagine a loud buzzing sound on your face for 10 minutes. Especially for the price, there are simply better options out there - imho.Update - the seller was very kind and offered a full refund. So while I was not pleased with the product, I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service.
