Review on 🏢 14X25X1 Washable Furnace Filter with 16 Filtration Efficiency by Jamie Behm

I recently purchased this product and am still testing it. There are some great pluses at the moment: - Very strong frame - Promise that it can be washed at least 8 times, but ideally it would be good to be used at least 16 times (that's not known yet, but we'll find out soon) Cons: - Not sure if this is MERV 13, although we rely on the manufacturers. I wouldn't normally worry, but the company appears to be fairly new and some claims may be questionable. I guess that makes us guinea pigs, but so far the air filter seems fine for my use. I don't use it in the oven but a custom filter I made myself. Since the CFM is already very low, I don't suffer from low airflow very much, so I can't say much about it. I see a lot of bad airflow reviews that might be true, but can't comment on them. All I can say is that this thing seems to work for my use case with a custom filter I made by hand. I put a MERV 13 filter behind this filter so we'll see how long it lasts on my air tester first. If that lasts 3 months I know we're fine and this thing is working.
