I like it very much. My nephew can only eat pureed food because he doesn't have enough control over the food in his mouth. I had previously bought about 8 others and still had the issue of the food not being evenly ground and having ammunition in it that made it choke. Have only used it once so far as I just got it but noticed right away that it cuts the food evenly and is also much faster to cut. I was also surprised at how quiet it is. The others were so loud my eldest nephew complained on the second floor that he could hear. In general I highly recommend it.
