Review on 🐠 Poafamx 200W Submersible Aquarium Heater with Auto Thermostat, Constant Temperature Controller, Protective Case, and Memory Function - 110V by Barbara Lawler

I was very excited to try this new heater. It seemed interesting and well built. The problem is that even though this unit came boxed and the heater and controller were shrink wrapped with a gasket, the suction cups and caps were missing. BLOCK. The heater block is pretty powerful. It is heavy and must be carried via suction cups for best performance. The cord is thick and durable. CONTROL UNIT The control unit must be hanging on the other side in order to be used. Mine didn't have a hook to hang it. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Not having the right things to install this heater I ended up having to write this review to no avail. I have tried many times to contact the company and also in a last ditch attempt to ask a question about this product but have not received a response. ENTIRE I would love to try this if only I had all the pieces of it. Anyway, I miss the hanger and the suction cups. MY RATING IS TWO STARS. I can't properly rate this without the right parts. I'm really sad because I was interested to see how it would work.
