Durable and simple. Good value for money.
After using several coated pans, stainless steel seemed like a good upgrade. The size, weight and first overall impression of this pan was great. After the first session with this pan I was very impressed. Just remember to add oil/butter/fat and bring to temperature first. Cleaning was easy. (Photo added in response to many questions about the depth of the pot. Hopefully the visually minded folks will find this helpful. The pot is nearly 4 inches deep in the center, so a typical 12 ounce can of soda is slightly taller than the depth .)
