The shoulder straps are disappointing. The straps snap into pockets to keep them in place, but they also easily pull out of those pockets, which is very annoying. I wear this product under my jacket. When I take off my jacket there is a 50% chance that the belt will fall off my shoulder. If it weren't for the waist belt that holds this product, it would slide around all over the place. I also have to regularly adjust the length of the shoulder strap because the buckle doesn't stay in the right position.
