Wrong size good for me
I purchased these filters to replace a Hayward CX250RE filter. However, the central holes on the ends are 2 7/8" in diameter, while the Hayward CX250RE filter is 3". I had to trim the inside of the hole to make it fit the Hayward canister that holds the filter. Seems to work OK after that, but it's messy and inconvenient as a replacement.
