I needed to replace a worn out air cartridge and decided to spend some money and buy a Milton. I also bought a similar cartridge for about half the price of a Milton. I found the Milton cartridge to work well when it worked. Most often, however, after inflating the tire and removing the cartridge from the valve, air began to flow out of the cartridge. This was due to the gasket not being properly aligned to stop the airflow. It sometimes closed with a thumb press, but usually required deflation of air to smooth it out. The cheaper counterfeit cartridge worked perfectly.
