I love Jaybird headphones, but as far as the major benefit of noise and ambient noise cancellation is concerned, they fall pretty short compared to AirPod Pros. The sound quality is top notch and way better than the AirPod Pro, but the AirPod Pros are MUCH better than the ambient sound and noise canceling. With Ambient Sound enabled, I only hear static coming out of the Jay. The next thing that worries me is when I put my earbuds on 80% battery, take them out for less than a minute and after putting them back on 70% battery, I've had issues with them and previous Jaybirds , so hopefully that's not the case. no permanent problem. I have to say that I am very disappointed in this regard. Also, upon opening my new sealed box, scuffs and scratches were already visible on the case's charging pins.
