Very short - not suitable for tall people
They look like they were made for kids - I'm 1.82m tall and have long arms - they don't cover half my arm! Wear them on both your forearms and your shoulder - not both at the same time, of course. The extra thin material doesn't stay in place. Not recommended if you have very short arms.
