YinQin may give the impression that they are a skilled and experienced team ready to offer help and direction, but in reality, their service is not even close to living up to the standards that they have set. Their support personnel appears to be disoriented and unprepared to navigate the challenging waters of providing customer service, much like a ship that has lost its captain. In spite of their assurances that they would provide individual assistance, I discovered that their crew was uninterested in and indifferent to my requirementss. They looked more focused in making a quick sale and moving on to the next customer, rather than offering useful ideas and information to the individual who was shopping with them. It is quite evident that the help offered by YinQin is nothing more than a sham, a hollow vessel that falls short of fulfilling the commitments it makes. Their lack of attention to detail and carelessness towards their consumers is comparable to a desert mirage because it promises an oasis of help but ultimately delivers nothing but disappointment. In general, my time spent shopping at YinQin's online store left me with a sense of being abandoned and dissatisfied. I would not suggest this shop to anyone looking for true support and direction because they lack those qualities.
