Installation nightmare as screws didn't fit

The kit included mounting screws that didn't fit the holes. This created a terrible problem. See image. You need to put the screws in the box, put the template on top and rotate it so that it stays upright. Then tighten the screws. If the screws do NOT go through the holes. you spend hours on it just like me. With one hand you hold the lamp on the ceiling and with the other you try to find a hole that you can't touch. Then you lower the screw. Try again. Remove another screw. Then you need to stop and rest because raising your hands in this way will make you tired. It took me 5 hours. Maybe 2 hours try and 3 hours rest in between, I had already removed the other mount so I continued with that. You can't just buy different screws, they are special long little screws and who knows if they will fit the hole. I don't have tools to open the holes. The minor issue is that there is very little room for wires. The base looks like it has space, but it's not as deep as it looks. So it's difficult to get the wires to avoid getting pinched when tightening this. Finally, the included wire holders/covers that you twist aren't big enough to connect 3 wires. I'm not blaming VIKNY for this, I'm just saying that if you have 3 wires connected together you need the next size up. Now that it's there I like the light. It looks good. There's a certain style in that. The lens rotates and removes for easy cleaning. The hue of the light can be perfect. Not yellow, but not bright white either. It's nice. I have it in the hallway, it's nice and bright and even illuminates the inside of the neighboring toilet. I need different entryway lighting and that would be nice, but I don't think I can bring myself to buy it again. I couldn't go through it again.
