My house must have been inhabited by a lot of animals and I had a party almost every night. Notice how these things work. Finding pests that you don't normally see for the first few weeks doesn't mean it's not working, it could mean it's working and the pests are trying to find their way out of your house while they're disoriented. Also on the 1st night I connected one of them, the noise of the critters was significantly reduced. On day 4 I was surprised by a bat flying through my living room. I could direct him to the front door and send him on his way. On day 7 bat number 2 flew all over my house. This one seemed a bit more disorienting than the first one, but eventually he found his way out of my house too. During the second week I heard other non-bat pests in the walls, but I only heard it on two occasions. 7 days. After two weeks I added a second repeller in another room. Day 1 with the second repeller and summer flies was completely over in less than an hour. Waves of repellers probably can't reach places where spiders like to hide. I will be outfitting more rooms with other ultrasonic-only repellers to deal with these bugs. These ultrasonic and electromagnetic repellers definitely work to repel wall-dwelling pests and flying bugs.
