I love yarn, I hate the seller. Perhaps the manufacturer should be blamed. Both strands had knots (which is the industry standard) and one had two knots. Knots annoy me because that's what I focus on when I'm finishing a project. I understand that this happens to the best of us from time to time. What happened to me may have been an accident. I wanted to make sure, so I decided to speak to the company that sold it to me. The seller refused to trust me and treated me horribly. I was asked to send a photo. I'm not sure what they thought about that. I could just cut off some strands and take a picture of it for free. Either way, they're terrible. Yarn is fine if you don't mind extra knots.
