Good and bad at knitting and crocheting

I love the yarn itself. I didn't like that the skein was knotted from time to time rather than being one smooth thread throughout the skein. The knots seemed cheap and crappy to me.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Excellent thick cotton socks

I bought two balls and knitted a pair of thick socks. The yarn is easy to work with and because it's so chunky, I was able to quickly knit a pair with chunky needles and fewer stitches. Good for allergy sufferers.

Pros
  • Sequins
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

More for home use than wear

This yarn was definitely not soft. It was more like a string or cotton rope. I ordered a hat out of this, but it's more suitable for household items like a potholder, tea towel or basket. It's perfectly usable, but again, I wouldn't recommend doing anything to wear it.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive

Excellent cotton yarn

I LOVE THIS YARN! I ordered 4 skeins of Jubilee Bulky Weight Lacery Yarn to see how it would work when I started knitting a sweater for myself. It was so soft, so easy to work with, and such a beautiful, even color (I ordered Vapor Grey) that I ordered a second bundle of the same skeins because I had found the perfect bulky cotton yarn. It arrived well packaged in perfect condition. If I remember when my knitting project is finished I will send a photo. This is my honest, unsolicited review of…

Do not buy from this seller!

I love yarn, I hate the seller. Perhaps the manufacturer should be blamed. Both strands had knots (which is the industry standard) and one had two knots. Knots annoy me because that's what I focus on when I'm finishing a project. I understand that this happens to the best of us from time to time. What happened to me may have been an accident. I wanted to make sure, so I decided to speak to the company that sold it to me. The seller refused to trust me and treated me horribly. I was asked to…
