For what it is, the product serves its purpose. The problem is that it only works with a direct USB-C (output) to USB-C (input) connection. No adapters and alternative methods help. Acer support will tell you this themselves, but apparently they didn't bother to include it in the product description. So far I've seen it work with a Macbook Pro and a few other phones (LG, Pixel, OnePlus). I couldn't get it to work with a desktop PC or Raspberry Pi 4. It's a great product if only it weren't limited by the USB-C requirement.
