It's super intuitive! The dashboard is so easy to navigate that it allows me (a non-expert)to get up & running in under 10 minutes without reading anything at all about how they do things. I have not run into many issues yet; however when there are problems we're able to contact support via chat very quickly which helps us figure out what went wrong before wasting our time troubleshooting something else later down stream if nothing gets figured out immediately during this initial interaction. We've been using them since 2014 but only just started working together recently after an acquisition from HubSpot - no other major changes as far as their service goes although now you don't need to be part of Hubspot customer base either anymore to use their platform services. They were quick to onboard new customers upon request due to size increase over past few years - again thanks mostly.
